But let's cut to the chase here, magic, the bottom line is you don't want other countries to pay a "tax" to under cut our products here at home, but you're in favor of our products being heavily "taxed" in other countries, right?

The stuff China makes and sends to us, is mostly stuff our big companies outsourced to China to avoid paying you a living wage.Trump doesn't want Amazon to show the tariff cost because you, the consumer, pays them. It's just starting. Give it a month or two.

Even the far more left leaning countries, and even the Nordic countries don't itemize their VAT in the prices they charge. It's just not broken out... for a lot of reasons.

But you ignored my actual question after I cut to the chase.

Why are you so strongly in favor of the US not taxing goods (thru tariffs) that other countries sell here, but are so in favor of other countries taxing US goods that are sold there?

It seems a little anti-American.
