Looks like this comment did not age very well. He has used his position to intimidate media companies into doing what he wants and he has used his position to intimidate law firms into not filing lawsuits against him or his friends, and that's against the law.

And people in this administration have threatened to revoke people's citizenship just for saying stuff they don't like
