Sandra Bullock has played a lot of roles over the years, including several thieves.

In 28 Days, she stole a limousine and drove it into the side of a house.

In Ocean's 8, she collaborated with seven other thieves to steal a $150 million dollar necklace during the Met Gala.

But Disney cheated her out of the chance to play the ultimate fictional thief-Carmen Sandiego. In the 1990s, Disney got permission from Broderbund Software to make a live-action movie based on the "Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego" video/computer game series. They were planning to cast Sandra Bullock as the lead role and film it in live-action, but for whatever reason, the movie never got made. It should have gotten made. It would have been something really special.

Here's why I said "He's out of line, but he's right".

Blindfolded archery is an unjustifiably dangerous activity that most would hopefully consider out of line. You're right in the sense that you don't know what you're missing (failing to hit with the arrows you shoot).

I wonder if Universal created the Scarlett Overkill character just for Sandra Bullock to make up for her getting screwed out of playing Carmen Sandiego. Disney and Universal have been close rivals since 1928, when Universal "stole" the animated character Oswald The Lucky Rabbit from Walt Disney. Quentin Tarantino gave Uma Thurman the script for the first "Kill Bill" movie as a 30th birthday present.
