Here’s how the system works: illegal shows up gets hired with fake paperwork. Employer sent paperwork into federal government. Employer gets back notice Social Security number is incorrect, please resubmit. Employer send “corrected” paperwork back. Federal government sends second notice of incorrect SSN number. Resubmit a second correction. Government sends notice that it is still incorrect and wants a face-to-face meeting with employee. This process takes months. Guess who does not show up at the face-to-face meeting, but has worked for months with no income taxes withheld. Guess who gets another job and starts this crazy process all over.

I worked at a place where employees would get hired and work for about three or four months. Then they’d be gone for three to four 6 to 8 months. Then the employee would be back again for three or four months.

Now i can respond directly. I watched for years Contractors would hire illegals knowing they were illegal, when i confronted them they would say well they had a social & they put it on thier 1099 & almost all claimed 10 kids, these were guys 20 years old. The SS would ding the SS number the illegal would change 1 number resubmit and boom thier good for another 9 months.. over & over they would do it.

Yes, my good friend was one of the contractors doing it, 1 day he called me said 4 guys just robed him at gun point, it was friday. I asked if he was OK he said yes, then i just started laughing. He goes what you laughing for.. Hey Mike who knew you would have 10k cask on friday morning. 10 seconds of silence.. Then i laughed again. He actualy called a while back & apologized and said he wish he had listened to me.

They screwed him blue & tatoo after i left & no one was watched out for him in the field. He ended up with 100% illegals in his co. They stole from him non stop. I was the onlying thing stoping um from finishing his co off. And they did.

Keep in mind, public schools are paid by local property tax. So only the property owners are paying property tax, which means they have to a bank account and verifiable credit history and provide evidence of previous years of income, assets, taxes paid, etc. All of these accounts require a social security number. So how does an illegal immigrant legally obtain these bank accounts, financial assets and credit history all the while with an "illegal alien" status??
