I would also be surprised to see it. For too many years and too many wars our brave men and women have been treated as disposable people by too many politicians. "Do unto others as you'd have done to you" needs be ingrained into the government as well as in the civilian world. But 'civil' only seems indicative of its war label in our increasingly uncivil society.
