A Fictional And Improvised Story By Yours Truly!: IRS workers be living in underground cities blowing their money in underground casinos because they don't spend money on taxes, they MAKE money OFF of taxes. The underground city of Iris, location unknown (Theorized to be located somewhere in Washington D.C.), has been built to keep mortal citizens such as ourselves to seek the truth about how evil they really are. Rumors from tax payers suggesting that the IRS agents walk among us as regular people in the day, but at night, crazy stuff happens in their underground utopia. Money laundering, tax evasion and fraud just to name a few, the IRS might truly be an organization crime syndicate that is shadowed to be a treasury department!
