I have only ever had one issue with the VA and it was with a contract Dr. I reported him and they switched me to a new provider, problem solved.

Along the same line, remember Obamacare website, "healthNet". The building of the website costs over $2 billion dollars even before they launched it and on the launch day, the website crashed. On top of that, the website development company was a Canadian company, which it's against the law to award foreign companies government grants.
