Resist the Fascists

The mind is a terrible thing to waste. Especially on things proven to be instigated and exaggerated for political gain.

It’s not like libs have much of a mind to begin with, so they of all people should not waste theirs

I don't know too much about liberal minds-- do you? And is it from personal experience? I do know, from experience, what is is to be a Right Winger. Part of me is glad that Felon 47 came along when he did so I could see just how much malice and contempt undergirded the lofty goals I used to hear from my fellow Republican voters. Family values? Merit-based hiring? Biblical foundations? Absolute truth? What a load of hogwash that all turned out to be with that crowd.

Yes, there is a lot of hogwash, or malarkey if you will with all politicians. I'm a bit like you, except I went from left of center to right of center. In my case, I didn't abandon the dems, they abandoned me with their fcuked up policies. So while I may agree with their views on some social policies, I rarely agree with how to get there. On the whole, foreign policy and the economy are more important to me, and in those areas the libs have proven to be feckless over the long haul. Also, I firmly believe the long arc of history is favorable for the social justice issues. The problems happen when one side thinks they can force their morals on the other. And yes, that goes for the right as well.

Enjoy that Felon 47 stuff while you can, because those 'Trumped-up' charges will be overturned on appeal. If there were justice in this world, Felon 46 would be in prison. Can't get to him in time tho... since we can't convict and inter those who have lost their minds and are incapable of comprehending why they're being punished.

T-Rump's charges cannot be reversed on appeal-- not without illegal maneuvering. You think Biden was a felon? Try him. Convict him. Love to see the charges. Love to see what you think compares with insurrection. Seems to me that when he lost the election, he stepped down and left peacefully. As we all know, Felon 47 would have been convicted in the documents case, since the evidence was overwhelming, with no real defense that could have been mounted. "It's my right to steal documents and move them around to keep them from being detected"-- that was pretty much all he had. We are seeing this week how much they care about national security!!! He will probably accrue more charges, based upon what he's already done in two months. And he's going to show contempt for the Constitution by talking about seeking a third term. Oh yeah, he's just joking. Oops "I am not joking," he says. Sheesh-- get real.

Yes, the libs lost the moral advantage by taking such an extreme position on social issues. Good for the GOP to finally call them on all the stupid drag queen and transgender stuff-- they deserve it. It's like they thought they could socially re-engineer America overnight. In fact, they largely succeeded, which is why the pushback at this point is so acute. But embracing fascism-- only hiring "yes" men willing to lie for you, spread your lies, and express fealty to you over the Constitution-- what kind of a response is that? Yeah, my mom had her faults but she didn't raise a bunch of morons. Follow that fool, who can't even make profits on casinos? After having voted solely for GOP's for the high office ever since Reagan, I never considered supporting a hateful, narcissistic, raping, ignoramus blowhard of an autocrat like Tyrannosaurus Rump. Not for a fraction of a second. And he's turned out far worse than even I could have expected.
