When someone says "touch grass," they're usually saying to step away from the internet or whatever you're hyper-focused on and reconnect with the real world. Think of it as a modern "get a life" with a nature twist. They're hyper-focused on Elon and Trump based on the false narrative they're hearing from online sources and media.
