To be fair, Pence only had the deciding vote on certifying the electors if there was a tie. When the majority of electors were fixed in Biden's favor, there's nothing additional that Pence could have done according to the Constitution.

No, he had every right to send back any results perceived to be fraudulent to the states... and some warranted it. Of course, just like the courts that did not give a fair hearing to election fraud evidence, he failed in his duty too.

If you recall on Jan. 6, only Ted Cruz had the balls to stand with Texas state representatives who claimed a dispute with the state electors. Mitch McConnell is the one who had met with Republican senators earlier that day to convince them not certify the dispute claims from the numerous contentious state elections. It's not fair to blame Pence, when Mitch McConnell is much more at fault. As VP, Pence's job is to preside over the process, but the states that have a dispute over the electors raised by the representative, must have their state senator also agree to the dispute, which all of the senators (other than Cruz) failed in their duties.

"All Pence had to do is reject electors from states that are compromised. Some people say that's not constitutional. Then try it. Make them sue and get the Supreme Court into action. Because we have precedence that a vice president can reject state electors."

Pence had a duty to reject electors from states that were compromised. More and more people know now that Biden didn't win. Pence has said he believes there were irregularities in the 2020 election.

That's why Biden pardoned the J6 Committee and the DC officers... they committed crimes covering up the Pelosi fedsurrection.
