Yes, and Ronald Reagan used to be a Democrat. That's in the history books. Then both men grew the hell up and finally realized that the corrupt to the core Dem Party leadership was the problem, well that and the Dem's asinine and destructive ideology. But thanks for the history lesson . . . even if it's a surprise only to Democrats.
