A transracial person would be the same as identifying an ethnicity that doesn't match their biology.
Transagist people would identify as younger and older than their physical age.
A transexual person identifies in a way that doesn't match their biological sex.
Trans is a prefix that modifies the definition, such as Transavia mean the land beyond the forest. And Pennsylvania mean Penn's forest. If you missed is sylvania means "forest land" or "place in the woods".

If you truly believe that transwomen are women, just call them women. Adding tans points out that that they are different from women, and in very few circumstances would it matter.

Some people really don't age physically or mentally at the normal rate. It's been widely excepted for longer than transgenderism. This isn't even referring to the new idea that age is just a social construct.

I didn't say learning disability, some people don't age mentally at the average normal rate. This is often related to poor impulse control and lack moral development. Biologically and adult but needing some more time to become mentally and adult. lack of socialization can cause this too.

Some people don't physically age properly either, some not at all and others too fast.
In fact child birth can affect a women's biological aging, at first it is speed up when caring and then rebounds to be less than before pregnancy.

A rather unusual case is that astronauts have time pass slower when in space due to relativity, but that's barely noticeable as of yet. Maybe some day we'll have people that are technically hundreds of years old and in really only live a few decades.
