Just like that the Political Left confuse political loyalty with personal ethical standards. Conservatives disagree with the frequency with which she rules nation-hating Left . . . in this case she just endorsed leftist judicial activism from the bench.
When the Left doesn't like a ruling they try to stack the bench or do something anti-ethical. The Right simply takes note of it and then tries to be even more selective in their judicial nominations. We are not the same.
