Does being the butt of the “joke” very often count?

In my family it's okay to joke about me but not okay for me to joke about other people

Fr, I joke about my brother whenever he does some stupid shit, and I get screamed at, but for whatever reason, I get made fun of for:
Eating
My sideburns
The way I act (they literally won’t take me to therapy, I might have autism)
And some more shit (also they repeat the exact same joke over and over)
