I have 2 family members that are welfare workers in Philadelphia and Chester Pa
almost every one of their homeless cases are addicted to something, if they earn 1$
100% goes to the dealer.(who never do any jail time)
I have 2 other family members who are welfare workers in DEL.
They goto prisons to lecture on rehab programs
Most of the prisoners are in for drug related crimes.
if you stop drugs, you slow homelessness,
My own cousin is often homeless, she is on heroin .
I used to give her things and drug councilor Candy Finnegan (AE network TV show Intervention)
said give her nothing but a ride to a rehab if she asks.
Drugs are the main culprit to most of the homelessness
not lack of a good job.
YOU CANT BE ADDICTED TO SOMETHING IF ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET!
