The weather doesn't really matter when you never go outside. Whether I engage with zero people out of 500,000 or zero people out of 5 is all the same to me.

Going for a walk in the rain feelz quite good actually. Very cinematic (at least in my head it is)

Itz just the getting wet and having to dry off part that sucks.

I find wearing less clothing makes drying out easier but ymmv, especially if you get cold easily or have long hair.

A waterproof jacket helps.
