Did you notice when you googled it how many of the proud 12 were overridden? It was after 6 years that the floodgates of 11 more vetoes were opened and 4 were overridden.

I spent 8 years rationalizing what the man did, explaining how he used Biblical reasoning. If you know the Bible, his actions were very predictable. I rationalized his "respect for the people's wishes through their elected representatives" as he let the people's so called House push through destructive legislation after destructive legislation. His nobly named "No Child Left Behind" legislation was straight out of the globalist wish list. I had to google the massive 12 vetoes list, but that Bill has been so damaging I remember it. He had so many opportunities to stop bad legislation like he had done in Texas and passed on almost every one. Oops.
