it's wrong to force any citizen to live in a condition of mandatory safety standards. i therefore propose that we convert one of the red states to a sort of unmonitored wildlife preserve. anyone who wants to can move there to enjoy a life of low taxes and heady risk, becoming a more active player in the great circle of life as his or her god intended.
