*She continues to pet her hair*

Kali: *she continues to pet her hair, also enjoying the head pats from astra*

Kali: *she slides on her feet, bringing back her sword far behind her back, preparing for a wide horizontal slash*

*astra leaps over kali to dodge the attack*

*good cuz this would have been the result*

*Her attack doesn't entirely miss but just cuts off Astra's foot*

*astra barely manages to land upright, using her spear to balance herself*

*The foot morphs a bit and comes back to astra*

Kali: You're quite agile, well you were a cat before...

Astra: clearly not agile enough.
*She puts her foot back on*

Kali: *rushes at Astra again, doubling her speed and closing the distance almost immediately*

Astra: o_o

*She instinctively morphs her arm into a shield*

Kali: *she hits Astra's shield with such force it knocks her back about a football field away. She rushes at Astra again after that*

Astra: ok, guess this ain't just a casual duel anymore.

*Her armor morphs over her clothes*

(Fun fact: even though her armor is made of the same nanotech as her body, it actually does give her higher durability, as well as more mobility with the wings. That's because by default her body is meant to resemble a human body, and move like one, so it's flexible but also easier to cut or penetrate. The armored form gives her a quick way to increase her durability mid-combat)

Kali: Huh? What the

(Kali, being AM's daughter, is probably way stronger than Astra)

Astra: hehe

*She climbs back onto her shoulder*

Kali: *he grabs her again* Weird cat
*She puts astra on her shoulder again, grabs her hair and puts it behind her, then grabs astra again and lays down using her hair as a cushion, holding astra above her*

Astra: wanna see my normal form?

Kali: Normal form?
*She places astra to her side, then she lays on her side, holding her head up with her arm*

Astra: *shapeshifts to her normal form* I just use cat form because it's cute

Kali: What the-!
*She jumps up, and observes her*

Kali: You're weird...

Astra: hehe

Kali: *grabs her sword and rests it on her shoulders* Wanna fight? I'm kinda bored

Astra: sure, my spear's at home though so... I need to use your hair for a second

*She enters cat form again*

Kali: I mean it's a pain... But it's so fluffy!
*She hugs her own hair*
Kali: fluffy and warm...
*Then she get embarrassed and throws her hair behind her*

Astra: oke

Kali: Still, I'm surprised you're able to block my attacks, most people turn into a red mist

Astra: well, blocking them doesn't exactly make me invulnerable to them. For example... *She gestures to her shoulder and foot*

Kali: Most shields are destroyed
*She stretches her back*
Kali: Yours didn't

Astra: yeah. My body is flexible and squishy by default to resemble a human, which is why you could penetrate it. The armor plates and shield on the other hand are actually hard, meaning you quickly see how strong omega alloy really is.

Kali: omega what? Whatever.

Astra: just a super rare alloy collector makes. He only needed to do it legitimately once, now he can just materialize more with creation energy

Kali: doesn't make you any less weird

Astra: if you think I'm weird just wait until you meat my sister

Kali: *grabs her hair and throws it to astra* alright...

*she dives in, then a minute or so later she comes out holding her spear in her mouth*

Kali: *she throws her hair behind her* A spear?

Astra: *shapeshifts back to normal form* yep

Kali: bet.
*She jumps up high in the air*

*Astra instantly gets ready to block her attack*

*Kali slashes her defense, though it doesn't harm Astra, it just pushes her back quite a bit*

*astra pushes back and knocks the blade away*

*kali jumps back to create distance*
Kali: I'll turn you into a red mist!!
*She rushes at her*

*astra rushes at kali*

Kali: You and your stupid shields!
*Again, she closes the gap really fast*

*astra flies out of reach the moment she's about to swing her sword*

*she slashes and misses*
Kali: Flying?? Urgh
*She runs after her*

Astra: definitely better than I thought, you actually made me pull out my armor for this

*Astra flies down extremely fast, which makes a giant crater in the ground launching rocks and debri all over the place*

*the debri coming at Kali are sliced into little pieces while she continues to push pressure on Astra*

*Astra does her best to block the attacks with her spear, basically it's just like 9jog01.gif (click to show) *

Kali: *starts using her sword as a spear and thrusts it towards astra*

*she moves a bit to the side but gets stabbed in the arm*

Kali: Finally
*She puts herself in a stable footing and pulls away, ripping off her arm off*

*Then she kicks Astra away*

*the severed arm grabs kali's leg, then morphs around it to lock her foot to the ground*

Kali: what even are you? Some kind of robot?

Astra: yeah. I'm made of nanotech

Kali: So it would have been just wires and cords

Astra: in my case no, I'm pretty much just solid metal. Well, except the dimensional diamond that powers my systems.

Kali: what ...

Astra: complicated stuff :P

Kali: *sits down on the ground* I don't wanna fight anymore

*Astra's spear retracts and she clips it onto her waist*

Kali: *pets her own hair*

*astra pats kali's head*

Kali: What?! Why are you in my hair???? Why is there a cat in my hair?! Wait did you just talk?!

*she climbs onto her shoulder*

Astra: your first question has a bit of a weird answer, but yeah I can talk.

Kali: .... Weird cat...
*She sits down on the ground and grabs Astra, holding her like that image you always post*
Kali: What the hell are you...?

Astra: technically not a cat. That's easier to explain than the hair though, I can shapeshift.

*She looks at her hair*
Kali: And you messed up my hair.....
*He puts astra aside and grabs her hair*

Astra: yeah there's a weird thing with people that have especially fluffy hair. There's sort of a pocket dimension only cats can access, which in some cases lets them go from one person's head to another. I was trying to go to rizu's head, though you probably don't know who that is, and got lost.

Kali: *puts her hair on her lap and then grabs astra and puts her on her hair*

*she sinks in way deeper than she normally would, only her head is visible*

Kali: You like my hair?
*She grabs her sword and puts it to her side*

*she sinks all the way in then appears out of a different part of her hair, kali doesn't even feel her moving around in there*

(big brain move cause her attacks are stronger the faster she is, if she can't move, her attacks are relatively weakened)

Kali: Shit!
*He tries to pull her leg away*

Astra: *gets up and walks to kali* the only way that's coming off is if I command it to, or if you self amputate. Checkmate.

Kali: Do you really think I'm that weak?
*He tries multiple times to pull her leg, nudging it ever so slightly*

Astra: *sigh* guess that's what happens when you rely on the structural integrity of dirt.

*The restraint suddenly lets go and kali falls over, giving astra enough time to re-attach her arm*

Kali: hey!

*She gets up*
Kali: you got my hair even more messy...

Astra: I'm surprised you haven't accidentally cut if off while swinging that sword around.

Kali: never have, never will

Astra: that explains why it's like 7 feet long

Kali: hey long hair is cool!

Astra: I don't imagine it's very practical though. How many hours does that take to dry after a shower?
