Oh heck that looks nice. Tho i do have a few suggestions for Deadeyes design. Can i say?

A few i have is maybe make the horns a little more taller, just a little bit. Also maybe add a eye shine like this: + as he does have eyes, they are just covered by his hats shadow.

For other stuff, add the sherrif badge to his chest, and maybe have his mouth put a LITTLE higher up. Overall however, it does look good and i hope you do well
