I personally wish that it wasn’t forced in every game

So, I like the way they did it in x and y, because you can turn it on and off.

Yeah I think that’s a better way to do it because that way it’s easier to grind
Though I prefer it to be off

I prefer on just because trying to level up each individual pokemon is kinda tedious

love it i just kill a bunch of pokemon with one pokemon and get a to of exp for all pokemon

Yeah but then your other pokemon don’t really get to do much

exactly not effort of sitting for 57 hours for each pokemon

I like it, it let's me just play through the game and be ready when I reach the gyms without much extra grinding. Plus I do cycle through my Pokémon anyways so they all get a turn.

I like EXP share because it helps to level up, but do prefer pokemon that are actually being used in the battle get more.
