and even if they did comply, nobody is going to put the hard work into creating anything if its just going to be taken away.

Most people will slack, nobody will do the hard work for anything, everyone will want an easy job.

But if you want to try it, get a bunch of folks together and try it somewhere from the ground up..
Maybe a European country or a place in south America may be more prone to go along with your plan

No, that is 100% false. Building and maintaining is a very different job from what the workers with the means after they are built. Most of that wealth itself is the means of production they are responsible for. Without that everyone involved would be without.

You should stop with the proof by assertion and look into what it takes to start, build up, and maintain a business.
