The business owners are providing a place to work, tools to work with, material to make products, gain the customers, and pay for all the work their workers are doing. Business owners who hire people to work for them don’t work and don’t deserve any profits; Actually it’s not. That’s exploiting labor! But the workers are doing the work while the owner gets the profits! The owner has invested much time and work into building the business often without seeing a reward for his efforts. He is also providing a service to the workers by giving them an opportunity to earn and provide for themselves. Take that away and the workers have nothing. You’re exploiting workers if you own a business!
