To be fair I don’t think the homeless vote. Victims of Democrats but not voters. Pelosi keeps half her district homeless so her wine toting grape growers can voter her in forever. She’s enjoys being elected uncontested, you know the Democratic way.
I agree with the other two comments already posted. I would also think it possible that the remaining 12%, while possibly democrats, would answer 'don't know' because they're just too ignorant to know or care.
