There have been a few companies like Costco and some military establishments that have tried to continue protecting people, but trump is going after them. Most companies would prefer to follow his rules instead of being forcibly shut down.
Meta also stopped protecting LGBTQ+ (mainly trans) people right before trump was inaugurated.
They knew he would come after them if they kept those protections and customizations up.
It's scary that these multi-billion dollar companies are afraid of the government shutting them down for protecting minorities.
