So all states will have to go blue or red based on the majority of what people vote them and not blue because of a 18-34 year old white girl listing to Taylor Swift and driving her BMW to everywhere in her area to vote the Democrat

N California we need apportioned voting, so that the whole state does not always go blue because of the free handout loving leftist metros of SF and LA. The electors should be awarded based on percentage of votes. That would change everything at least in National elections.
