To the person who flagged this image: Gaylord/Gaillard is a real name, & it has nothing to do with sexual orientation. The meme is specifically referring to Gaylord Harnwell, the president of Wharton University back then. It took a few seconds using a common search engine to find this fact.

I'm so used to calling him Trump, I sometimes forget the rest. And really, calling him any first name is more or less an insult to other people who share it.
