there is video of folks starting the fires and also power lines , some from 1921 arcing.
Its funny the richest state in the country has 100+yr old hardware in some places wtf

Some of those insulators I saw have been obsolete since ww2.
I showed some of the transformer pics to my dad (also union electrician who was born b4 ww2)
and he said "before my time" WTF CALI
from what I saw in the pics and vids Most of that stuff would be illegal in my state PA
Too many violations, I am surprised this doesn't happen daily there.
