Canada is already falling apart.

Its cities are filled with drug dealers, its government is corrupt, and its economy is horrible.

I really don't know why they would refuse such a tremendously positive offer.

Does the high rejection rate have a reason? Or has the Canadian government brainwashed its citizens as well?
