Ironically enough he actually has a point, just not the one he's making.
Absolutely no bank would lend that kind of money to an unemployed teenager for some nonsense study that has realistically zero direct financial projections to cover it....unless the government was backing the loan and policy was written that it can't be written off with bankruptcy..
The government is literally the reason why this situation even happens
