Just because you want original screenplays doesn't mean you'll get them. Hollywood as a whole has become risk-averse mainly because they have forgotten how to make low-budget movies and sleeper hits that don't have much advertising but make a lot of money just by positive word of mouth. And in Hollywood's eyes, we're just a bunch of brainless armchair quarterbacks, so they'll never take our complaints seriously.
Instead of complaining to those who don't give you want, praise those who do give you what you want. That's my suggestion.
