I'm not sure what exactly he has to gain at this point.
I mean his absolute best case (and completely false) scenario is that he dies sooner rather than later and nobody cares and everything he did gradually gets undone
Actual case is that he's going to burn, screaming in a fire for all eternity in return for cash he'll never spend and for a legacy nobody will remember
