If incentives for tax dollars being spent on low income women to pop out baby after baby along with the implementation of public schooling, healthcare and food stamps is only reserved only for low income women, and families with dependents, the people who pay into the system should have some societal benefits. Like a childless tax credit, or a retired tax credit. I don't think America is lacking humans, because naturally the population in America will have ups and down. This is because old women cannot have babies. Just because fertility is on a decline, doesn't mean everyone needs to make a baby. But issues are grand when it comes to the government spending money funded by society. I don't agree in funding war, but I can't stop it. I don't agree in incetivising women on medicade with baby perks, to keep having more babies but it does.
