The mistake that Harris made was that she just presented herself as Biden 2.0 and didn't say anything new. I think if she had actually hired someone to use their brain for her then she could have won.

I am going to have to disagree, Biden was a failure on a lot of issues, so you are right no one wanted more of the same. Where I disagree is she had a chance even if she did lie and say she had a better plan. She has no record to run on, she has nothing in her past to say look what I accomplished, she was a bad pick for Biden and a worse choice to replace him. I think Kammie's running for any office is over. Trump was elected because anything as better than what we had been dealing with for four years. Things were better with him in charge and many people remembered.
