Depends on the country you're in. In Denmark we've kept a good standard relatively uninterrupted by the radicals and we're tough on the gangs.
Sweden chose a right wing government in 2022, though at that point the left had done all the damage they're known for. Their new government has visited us for advice. Put Islam is still using the naivety of the mayors around our country

Reporting crime statistics involving immigrants is taboo...

It was more like the police wasn't allowed to give the info to journalists.
Then some special community officer who had a good relationship with the Muslim community recorded his concerns and published it. The Government then got pressured to publish the stats, and the next election belonged to the Right.
How it's media has been since, I'm not sure

Legal immigrants are US citizens and have a right to stay here.
