How do you go about impeaching someone who's not been elected or appointed to office? The political Left does know that D.O.G.E. is not an official federal department, yes? I mean they DO know that?

Don't expect logic. They work on knee jerk emotion hoping others don't ask for details and just believe them by default.
The sheer raw contempt that they have for the intellectual capacity and thought processes of the average citizen is -- in and of itself -- revealing as to their true leftist inner natures.
