Wrong. A citizenry that is educated on the Constitution and that pays attention to what their elected representatives say and do and holds public officials accountable by voting them out of office for their actions is what will dislodge the ruling class.
Your average American knows more about their local sports than they do about the Constitution and the limitations it places on the Federal Government.

But, I am not opposed to term limits
