Are they 100%, or are they thinly disguised ones that they can make an argument that they're not actual swastikas? Because I've seen that happen, "No, it's really just a ....."

No, I think they're 100%. Either way, a half-one is still stupid. I drew over the names just in case I'm not allowed to post them. This was on an atheist post.

You can do a feedback reporting and hope they'll do something about it. The rules keep changing around here, so who knows.

Last year, someone used a modified version, then claimed it wasn't a swastika, that it was derived from Kanye's "Ye." But everybody knew what his true intention was, as he had expressed thinly concealed nazi-esque sentiments in the past.
