May I ask humbly how to block a spammer?

As, one particular spammer below that flagged me, and got me sent to "imgflip timeout jail for a day" for including them on this list... Ironic thing is that this meme is equity actualized, an equal opportunity inclusion, in that I don't discriminate based upon anything; the only qualifier is that they post a meme, any meme with COMMENTS DISABLED.

Somehow, the imgflip Moderator agreed with the one goofball and not only deleted my inclusion of that Memer from this list, yet also chastised me without opportunity for rebuttal as having 'harassed a user and committed repeated violations" with this one goofball I have no recollection of disagreeing with to the point of getting their goat. The silly person thought I cared, and apparently took it personally enough to convince the imgflip politics stream moderator of the same.
Judge, jury, timeout w/o rebuttal.

Why don't I feel guilty?
Probably because I'm not guilty of repeated violations of harassment as I've been labeled.

so I guess I've been sent on a treasure hunt to find them so I can block them.
Otherwise I'll not INCLUDE the Diverse, and Equitable "BEDFORD-GENT-CHUMP" on next weeks list, because they're a winner at being an insignificant wimpy, weenie, whiner.

You gotta admit they have some imagination. Don't know who they think they are convincing besides themselves, but it is amusing and them disabling saves us all a lot of time on them and their need for therapy.
