Sure thing, deduct their pay to cover materials, utilities, medical and property insurance, not to mention any profit loses. Oh and reimbursement for cost in setting up business expenses, licensing, advertisements, etc.
And if the rich guy never built the factory, those workers would never have had a job. The rich guy doesn’t get all the money made from it, the workers get a portion based on their worth to the final product
the workers could have a job if they owned it. also workers are worth everything. workers should decide their worth and be able to control themselves. thats socialism
The reality is as you say a guy owns the factory. Means he invested his/her wealth to set up the means to production. The workers are not made to work. It is voluntary. Set paid agreed upon through workers value and abilities. It isn’t forced labor, pay bonuses and benefits are set through negotiation (as in labor unions or other means) lacking skills? Learn or train oneself to be of value in the workforce.
"It is we who plowed the prairies, built the cities where they trade.
Dug the mines and built the workshops, endless miles of railroad laid.
Now we stand outcas and starving, midst the wonders we have made."
"All the world that's owned by idle drones is ours and ours alone.
We have laid a wide foundation, built it skyward stone by stone.
It is ours, not to slave in, but to master and to own."
People that Copy/Paste should not be paid the same as the one that wrote the words, the editor that refined it, the publisher that fronted the money to turn it into a sellable item, the store owner that built a building to house it, the people that stock the shelves or the cashier that ring it up.
