Yup. I worked as a crime reporter half my life then worked for the WV Supreme Court of Appeals 7 years. You have to be CHARGED with a crime to be pardoned for it. Hunter committed sex crimes against kids - but he was never charged with them. The Hoax Media pretended it didn't happen and Facebook and Twitter banned images (like this) from his computer.

Pardons only are for things you're charged with. You can't give a blanket pardon for crimes you're not charged with. His pardon was for taxes and gun charges.

No such limit is written in the constitution and goes against the text of the pardon itself. As far as I know this has not been litigated, or expressly forbidden, just not done by convention.
