Good point. Trevor Lawrence has the talent to be one of the best QBs ever. Hopefully the GM and the owners will look out for his long-term health and the remaining years of his career.

Did you listen to Azeez Al-Shaair's apology? I mean, he did apologize, but then went on to tell us all how he's been subject to hateful racial comments, and islamophobic comments since that hit.
Maybe he has been. But mentioning it in the same breath as the apology is bullshit. It takes the attention off the apology, which should have been a standalone statement. Talking about how he's been impacted is selfish, and makes him sound like he sees himself as a victim here.
He's not the victim here. Trevor Lawrence is.

The NFL upheld the 3 game suspension today and his response says everything he really feels about it. He's not sorry at all. His "apology" was a lame attempt to avoid a long suspension; nothing more.
