Bullies vs Being Bullied

I'm glad you're trying to discourage bullying and make the victims of bullies feel better. However, I fear that this meme might actually encourage bullying, because some people might think, "If being bullied makes you smarter, kinder, and stronger, that means if I bully people, I'm doing them a favor!"

Bullies already think that.

Here's my response. How can you help make people smarter, kinder and stronger without being a bully?

You can find a way to twist the meaning of everything everyone says if ... you're a bully. Don't sweat the small stuff. No need in over analyzing this one. It's a pretty simple message.
