There is no bipartisan anymore, not even in New York City where parties really didn't mean much.
We recently had 5 terms - 2 decades - 20 years of 2 different Republican mayors, and nobody blinked an eye. Well they are now because one of them turned out to be a complete psycho for those unlike myself who didn't realize it at the time, but still,,,
