I've seen her interviewed many times; she's obviously intelligent. That's nice for a politician, but clearly not required based on the klowns running the show now.
More importantly she did one helluva job as co-RNC Chair. The demonrats stood little chance of engaging in the outcome-altering malarkey they had seemingly perfected in the last election.
I think she would make a fine senator.
Would DeSantis would nominate her? Yeah, he endorsed Big Don but there was some contention between them during the primaries.
Regardless, one of the most important things for DeSantis to consider is appointing someone who will be able to win re-election in 2026. The midterms are always rough on the party in power, so it would be good to lock down that seat.
