Before you say anything, slurs aren't against tos and the no slurs rule in msmg says that a badly censored slur should be met with a warning/short ban, not removal of moderator and a month and a half ban

Ethnic slurs are against the Terms of Use.

You posting a slur as a Moderator was definitely sufficient reason to remove you from that role.
