You are confusing ability and desire to work. The hard truth is lazy people than can work will gladly refuse if others will do it for them. When that happens the willing will slow down out of resentment of the lazy, and very little will get done.
One of the beautiful things about capitalism is our charity, we take care of those that can't do things, not those that refuse, they only get basic needs. No one starves in the USA, but not everyone gets cake.
Every human is limited somehow, some limitations are just easier to see. A dwarf for example has the same limitations as a person standing 5 foot even, neither are likely to play for the NBA. Blind and nearsighted persons will never fly fighter planes. This list could go on and on, but you get the idea, none of us get everything we want, desire or even need. Our rights are limited, no matter our desire, income or even ability.
