Cinderella drawing

Oh my goodness, this is incredible! Who isn't familiar with this iconic Disney princess? There's so much at play here. The concept and colour scheme at first appears simple, mimicking the gentle colour palette of the Disney film, but, this being Arianna, there's so much for the eye to pick up on. The stark line work contrasts so sharply with the delicate colours of much of the decor in the ballroom and even Cinderella's own getup, but each element was worked on so cautiously that although on paper it must certainly clash, but in Arianna's work, there is no such term. The gradation on the post is wonderful and so smooth. The line work is bold enough to stand out, yet not so much as to take away from the rest of the work, and the colours are gentle enough to evoke the intended imagery without making it appear washed out. The gradation on the floor from top to bottom is also splendid. Between yesterday's Pokémon piece and today's, she's certainly on a whim with complex backdrops. Yesterday's galaxy print is one of the most astonishing works she's put out and today's time floor..

You put a lot of time into this picture and it shows. How long did this take you?

My word, the one and only Cinderella! A favorite in our home. It's lovely to see the artist use this to show us how delicate her hand can be, yet the she definitely showcases the eyes and choker with a nice contrast to the simple (anything but, I'm sure)
and subtle colors that could easily appear washed out; however, are carefully selected to each stand out on their own. From the curtain to the column and the background of the tile flooring are all shades of pink that are extremely difficult to put together without seeming tovwash each other out and she pulls off the technique beautifully. The gradation of the column and flooring is seamless.
Cinderella herself is showcased with her delicate manner and simplicity in elegance. She's searching for her Prince and seemingly has a worried expression as she is seen holding down princeher gowns as though she's wanting to desperately find him before midnight! That is the feeling that it evokes in me. The artist draws you in (no pun intended) and makes you wonder will one ever find their Prince? One can only hope because doesn't everyone want their Prince! Spectacular drawing from this extremely talented artist. Wonderfully drawn. Takes us all back to our Disney days. I can't wait to see what she does next and still has so much more that I need to see! Aw, it's always so beautiful to see you here! I agree completely. It's a wonderful classic film. I absolutely love Arianna's use of colour. When she does monochrome, she's always so careful and nothing appears washed out, and when there is a diverse palette, it's never overpowering and always makes every colour pop and be showcased beautifully. I'm in such awe of her talents always. No joke. I check back here every day. It's a beautiful page highlighting a budding artist who surely will make a huge impression. Her works make my heart sing.

Hi, same here! A favorite of mine and my children, most especially, my daughter. It's a definite classic, as you said. Her use of color is always beautifully executed. What you say is so true. It's mesmerizing, seriously. As I understand it she's a young and budding artist, yet she draws with such maturity, or better put well seasoned! I try to and definitely need to make morectime and check-in daily! So far, I have lived every drawing of hers. It's always a bright spot to my day.

It's so, so true. I root for Arianna every day. You look at each piece and wonder how it gets better than this but it's as if her skill multiplies exponentially with each attempt. Her range is increndible, her talent immense. Thank you so much. I can't speak for others, but she certainly does for me.
