No workers don't control control the economy in socialism, in fact it's non-working government elitist that do so. But nice for you to admit you cannot even censive of the views of the opposition to your ideals or the flaws in your own thinking.

And just what do you think will happen to the those wonderful laws that makes groping a female(and in some cases male) employee while on the job a firing and even in some cases a jailable offense? Do you think all workers, male or female, are somehow innocent and perfect and without flaw? HA! A good chunk of complaints are directed at the workers you want to be in control.
