In essence you are right. Communism is great! But only in theory. Every country that has embraced communism inevitably turns into a dictatorship. Some examples include Cuba (Present Day), Soviet Russia (Until 1991), China (Present Day), Venezuela (Present Day), Romania (Until 1989), Italy (Until 1991) and North Korea (Present Day). While it can be debated whether or not North Korea is actually communist, all the other countries I listed are or were communist. Over the past hundred years, well over 100 million people have died because of communism. Ultimately, in order for a communist society to funtion there must be a leader. That leader has control of distribution. That power will inevitably go to the leader's head at some point. Even if it doesn't, there is no guarantee that it won't do it to the next leader. Due to people's natural lust for power, communism is not a good economic practice. Capitalism is by no means perfect, but you never hear about people fleeing capitalism. If you ask people who have escaped any of the countries, the majority (If not all) are very grateful for the opportunities that capitalism has given them.

Those countries aren't communist. None of them are. If it's a country, it's not communist. Countries are inherently capitalist.

Communism is not total government control. Communism is when the local community owns the means of production. None of those countries you listed have or ever had that. So they are not communist.

Also 100 million people die every 5 YEARS because of capitalism. Hear me? 5 YEARS. Also no kind of communism killed over 100 million people. You are sourcing the black book of communism, which even the authors claimed it was made up.

The people aren't dying because of capitalism. They are dying because of drugs on the streets and crime. Many (But not all) truely homeless people turn to drugs while others turn to crime. The ones who don't have to compete with the ones who do. If our government did more to clean up the streets, the homeless could have an easier time bettering themselves.
What you describe would be a sort of anarcho-communism. That would only work if everybody who was in that country agreed with it and had honesty and honor. That is simply not possible. Human nature forbids it. There would inevitably be disagreements about resource distribution and management. Different people would have different solutions for the issue. Hence, you have a power struggle.
Capitalism isn't great, but it is a lot better than other systems of economics.
